why is it so difficult to actually speak to a person on the phone?
all i get is fobbed off to FAQ on the web page [that i have poured over for ages already].
How can i speak to a customer service adviser about my mobile plan that was supposed to have been changed a few months back but is still being billed as the old plan?
do I just stop paying and cancel the account and sign up with a new service provider?
Can someone advise please?
