I have lost my connection to the the virgin mobile app. I have deleted the app and reloaded it, turned off wifi and back on again but still getting a message "We can't identify you". I can open the media app but not the mobile and it was fine until today.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are having an issue with connecting to the Mobile app.
Are you an existing Virgin Media customer as well as a Mobile customer? If so, both Mobile and Media can be accessed through the same app now.
