I received a letter from Virgin mobile telling me I had purchased a mobile phone package on !3th March. I did not receive this letter until I returned from my holiday on the 18th of the same month. I then tried to contact virgin media on every single communication device they allow to inform them that I did not want or purchase a contract and cancel immediately. I did get a letter saying my contract has been cancelled. Since then I have received 3 written requests for payment, with the last one saying Virgin media would seek compensation through the courts.
I have since then tried every means I can think of to find someone who can help find a solution. I have even written. To date i have had no response.
Can anyone suggest anything to help me actually get through to a human being to sort this mess out?
