I just want to ensure that you're referring to the contact email address we have on our systems, rather than the email username/contact email for your online mobile account? As the two are not linked in any way.
If you are referring to the contact email address we have on our end, can you please confirm whether the mobile account is in under your daughter's name? If so, she would need to contact us directly so we can update her contact details for her as we cannot do this without account holder permission. If the account is under your name, I'll be more than happy to pop you over a private message and get that updated for you.
