cant register new mobile

hello guys,

I can't register my new mobile for online account - 

I enter the password and it says call Virgin mobile to reset password. I called them they say your password it right and they cannot reset it from their side too.

Who can help me if Virgin call centre help me?

Sorry to hear that you've had issues getting your new mobile registered. I can see that you have spoken to the team and they have been able to resolve this for you. Is that correct ?
