put in  for a repair through my onlice account and now the sim fo rthat phone is saying calls not connected and cant recieve calls or texts either just wondering if anyone nows anything

Sorry to hear you're having issues at the moment with making/receiving calls. Can you confirm if you are using a different handset whilst your phone is in repair or have you received your repaired phone back and are now having issues? Can you also confirm what handset you are using?
