 Hi , iv just returned from Portugal and France, my phone wont reconnect to the virgin network, I have no data , cant call or text. have tried restarting and manually connecting to virgin etc but nothing is working...please help. Never had an issue before but haven't been out of the country before with it either, so not sure if its something iv done ?

Apologies for the issues faced, can I ask have you accessed your SIM toolkit to automatically set your network again?

If not let us know what device you have and we'll advise further.

Managed to get through to virgin via whats app thank you so much, all sorted now
