since receiving a new sim card that the call centre insisted that I should have to stop unsolicited roaming charges, which according to the instructions actually enables roaming charges _ doh! I am unable to send text messages instead I see either error 96 code or cannot send messages. I have to switch the phone off and back on again every time to be able to send a text.. Never had a problem until receiving the new sim card.
Rang the call centre but a complete waste of time, they don't seem to understand and I have great difficulty trying to understand them.
My phone is a Motorola Moto G5s which has always worked perfectly.
Why wont they send me a new card the same as I had before.
