cannot log in

cannot log in to mobile account I get all the details correct ie user name etc then I get we didn't recognise those details

Did the reset work? Try https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/forgottenUsername?execution=e2s1

Or what happens when you try to register?  or try https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/registration?execution=e4s1

hi Corey its saying I'm already registered and to login to my account I have seen some forums on this from last year so not a new problem
