cannot listen to voice mail messages from abroad

Hello,

I am abroad (Italy) at the moment, I get a notification that I have a voicemail message, but I cannot listen to it. I dial 222 and nothing happens. I did set set up my PIN for listening to voice mail messages last year, but as I said when I dial 222 nothing happens, it does not ask me for any PIN, there is no answer at all. Can you please help me?

Hello, I got an sms saying that my PIN had been re-set, and giving me the new PIN number. That is all. I tried dialling 222, the same thing happens as before, no reply whatsoever, no ringing, no voice asking me for the PIN number
