My daughter has changed from Virgin to Voxi for her service provider, and kept the same number, since doing this i cannot call her. the call doesn't even connect, it just says call failed. we can text, and she can call me. my wife is on O2 and can call her no problem. i have tried deleting her contact details and entering them again but nothing. Can anyone help with this ?

I'm so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue! Can I just clarify a few details first?

Is this the only number that you are facing issues with? Is your Daughter able to to call you at all? 

Does she have any other issues with any other number calling?

Ash, it’s the only number I have an issue with. It worked perfectly before she moved to Voxi. She can call me no problem and has no problems calling anyone else
