cannot access data

Cannot access internet when at my holiday caravan (postcode TN36 4LN) Mobile data is switched on.

Can you confirm if you are experiencing the issue when trying to use your mobile data? If so, can you tell me if any service is showing on your device and whether a reboot helps at all?

Signal at that postcode is reported as:

4g low, 3g very low, 2g moderate (out doors), indoors will most probably be non- existent for 4g and 3g.

Hi Beth

Thanks for you reply.  Yes I am experiencing this issue when trying to use my mobile data.  A reboot doesn't help.  I know it is a weak signal at TN36 (Winchelsea Beach, East Sussex).  However my neighbour in the next caravan has a Samsung mobile phone with Vodaphone network and is able to access the internet fine so am a bit confused as to why I can't.

Vodafone use different signal masts to EE (Virgin), the Vodafone signal for 4g and 3g at that postcode is Good for outdoor use.
