cancellation

So my order was parked and I now want to cancel, ive been on the phone and online chat with them just saying theyll transfer me however ive been waiting almost 6 hours. Like im thinking do I have to still pay for something thats not coming and if this is not the case can you remove from my order.

I am sorry to hear your order was parked. This usually happens when further checks are required before releasing the order. 

 

I am afraid we are unable to cancel the order from here but if you give the team a call on 0800 052 0238 / 789 they will be able to look in to the status of the order and arrange the cancellation if you do not wish to proceed.
