cancel contract help

Hi I had a package of wifi with a free sim included. The package is in my name but I have left the home where it was installed as my ex boyfriend lives there. He has kept the sim card as well and running up a bill sending picture messages. I have tried to text Virgin to cancel but I am not getting any response. The package has only been installed 3 months, is there any way I can cancel it now? he is running up a huge bill sending picture messages at 50p each. Please help a distressed girl.

I'd text Virgin on 07533 016 422 - Citizens advice says as long as you report the incident to your provider within 24hrs of it occurring, you won't be liable to pay the bill.

Get a screenshot of the text you've sent to Virgin (with a time and date), because you may need this as evidence if Virgin mess you around or don't get back to you.
