I am having problems signing up for a new my virgin media acc/app
keep getting same message that they ask me for answer at a security question what i never set up

I'm sorry you've been having problems setting up your online account due to a security answer being needed.
This is something that would have been set up when you first took out your account with us as we'd ask for you for that when you need to speak with us.
