can`t call out, can receive calls, tried turning off and on everything else works fine, virgin keep asking me to call them, which i can`t... don`t use whatsapp..webchat doesn`t work
please help

If this is related to your Virgin Mobile, we are aware of this issue and it is currently being investigated.
If this is to do with your Virgin Media landline, please let us know and we will carry out further diagnostics for you.
