can't cacel my contract

Hi,

I've have been trying cancel my  mobile for two weeks now. Virgin has changed my tariff without informing me now i have a big bill. No one answers the phone and the only option is the link to text them which has lead to two weeks of going in circles. I'm close to cancelling my direct debit.

What are my options for actually getting into contact with virgin? Two weeks trying to contact them is very frustrating.
