hi everyone,

this is my first post its regarding my samsung s10  mobile phone.

i used the bio metric finger print sensor but now my phone is completely locked

cant do anything with it cant even turn it off with out some pattern thing comes and ive no idea

how to reset my phone without losing any data.

ive looked at youtube videos to try and help but still cant get in to my home screen.

tried ringing virgin mobile for help but ive tried several times to get through but no chance i was on my homephone for 10 15 minutes no answer except this music which makes you feel like commiting suicide.....

can anyone please help me.

When you set up the S10 for biometric you would have also had to set up a pattern or pass code. Sound like it was the pattern you chose.

Can you think of any patterns you might of chosen.

hi mate first off all thanks for the reply.
you have 9 dots and when you place your finger to make any kind of pattern the line which your finger draws
does not connect to any of the dots, the white line does not go to any dot without vanishing.
hope this makes sense. doesn`t make a complete line between dots😣😣😣😣😣

if you can't get in using the fingerprint or the pattern you'll only be able to reset it. the phones are designed to now allow resetting of security. Nothing VM can do about that is its a phone feature.
