My phone says calls are barred from this number. Tried everything i can find on this forum. Nothing. Called virgin from another phone (can’t from this one!) and was told i was to be put through to the voice dept then cut off as it’s out of hours. something i would of thought they’d have known at 6pm on a Sunday.  Also when i told the first person my name HALLIWELL he asked me to spell it H-A-L-L… thank you for spelling… wait a minute that’s only the first 4 letters? oh ok. Pathetic service.
