I have been in contact with the Virgin team through WhatsApp. After the initial exchange of information I waited more than 2 hours before they came back to inform me that they transferred me to the wrong department. After I got through to the wright department I was told they had gone home, but not to worry, they will get back to me asap. That last message was at 20.33, in that same message I was informed they work from 8am - 10pm. Work that one out!!
