Three days ago you took my old SIM off line. For weeks now I have been trying to contact you to say that the new SIM does not work [my mobile is probably too old but worked extremely well for what I needed - calls & texts] and asking what is going to happen next - all to no avail.
Is Virgin seriously trying to dump me as a customer or are you trying to coerce me into buying a new phone? Without notification you have cut off this pensioner from online banking, essential communication and much else. Are you going to take the next step or should I?
