You have dialled an incorrect number

Hi,

I have started in last day to get message ‘you have dialled an incorrect number’ when trying to call my wife’s phone. 
there have been no changes and it used to work fine. I can receive a call from her and text message. I can send text message but calling fails. She has a Samsung phone, I have an iPhone. She is on Tesco mobile.

help!

I am sorry for the issues with your mobile services.

 

We are aware of this issue, we have a open IT ticket at the moment regarding this. We are hoping for a speedy fix.

Please do use internet calling like WhatsApp while you wait for this to be resolved.
