You have deactivated my sim without my permission

You have deactivated my sim without permission. I now have no phone. you have apparently sent a new sim but it has not arrived and may take up to 5 working days leaving me with out a phone. I have also asked for you to activate my sim that I do have (virgin the one you have deactivated) and you will not activate it for me. I am disgusted with the service that I have had with Virgin I would like to know what you are going to do about it.

Re: You have deactivated my sim without my permission

It is technically impossible for the old EE based SIM cards to be reactivated. Once they are removed from EE systems they are not allowed back. Nothing Virgin can do about that.
