You have deactivated my sim without permission. I now have no phone. you have apparently sent a new sim but it has not arrived and may take up to 5 working days leaving me with out a phone. I have also asked for you to activate my sim that I do have (virgin the one you have deactivated) and you will not activate it for me. I am disgusted with the service that I have had with Virgin I would like to know what you are going to do about it.
