Yodel returned to sender

Hi

I placed an order for a contract phone with you, received confirmation of everything including direct debit date, new phone number etc. and delivery tracking information. On the day my phone was due to be delivered I checked Yodel who informed me that the phone would not be delivered and has been returned to sender. Please advise my next steps.

I got this the other day but i didn't even do this

We've got your request to cancel your Virgin Mobile contract. Everything's sorted. 
 
We've cancelled your contract as requested. Your One month Rolling Contract has ended but a 1-month notice period still applies, so you'll pay £0. on your next bill to cover the rest of your notice period to 21/02/2023 - 21/03/2023. 
 
Any usage outside of your allowance will be charged at standard network rates.

Its happened to mee too, I have not cancelled or requested anything please can you let me know what is happening here.
