Yet another person requiring a replacement sim

For the love of ****. You'd think given the number of people with the same request that the main website could have been updated to allow people to order a replacement sim. Instead, due to the lack of any other way to contact customer services (I was cut off three times whilst trying to phone the 0345 no. from a non Virgin mobile) and a substantial amount of time wasted looking on the main site for an answer, I have been forced to make an account on this community site. Customer service so far has been non-existent to poor.

So could the Virgin member(s) of staff monitoring these post please send me a PM so that I can start the process of obtaining a replacement sim for my existing Virgin mobile number.

I'm also sorry for the problems you've had getting in touch to to arrange a replacement SIM.
