YOUR REQUEST, ASKING ME TO APPLY FOR A NEW SIM

WHY DID YOU POST ME A LETTER ASKING ME TO REQUEST A NEW SIM CARD WITH SOME £20.00 CREDIT ON MY EXISTING CARD IT IS NOW  NOT WORKING. LOOKED IN YOUR WEB SIGHT CANT FIND A WAY TO CONTACT YOU ON THIS OR GET A REPLACEMENT.

WITH SOME 20 YEARS BEING A CUSTOMER HAS THIS NOW COME TO THE END.

YOU DONT APPEAR TO WANT PAY AS YOU GO NOW.

SOMEHOW I DONT THINK YOU WILL REPLY. YOU COULD PHONE ME ON [MOD EDIT: REMOVED]????

Re: YOUR REQUEST, ASKING ME TO APPLY FOR A NEW SIM

All the old SIM cards are being turned off pending the move of network.

They needed to contact you to make sure they had the correct details to send a replacement out before that happened

Looks like the old SIM has indeed been deactivated.
