Wrong sim only plan

I signed up to Virgin mobile earlier this week. My sim card arrived yesterday. I signed up for a sim only deal of 8gb of data with unlimited texts and calls for £8 per month. The sim arrived and it's for 3gb of data, unlimited calls and texts per month. I rang customer services yesterday and was told to wait until today, and to ring them again after my old number ported across from my previous supplier. Today I'm told by them that they never offered 8gb of data for £8 per month. I informed them that I took a screen shot of the offer on the Virgin website at the time but the lady was not listening. What's my next line of complaint please. Is this a common issue with Virgin Mobile. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me. Thanks
