Wrong home address being used

Ok Have received an email saying a new sim card is being sent for my two phones. It is being sent to the wrong address. My online account shows the right address. Have been trying ti ring but no reply. If anyone from Virgin reads this - HELP! 

I dont have smart phones - they are just simple pay as you go mobiles.

I tried the on line chat - but couldnt help.
