Wrong contact email

I received an email saying Virgin Mobile will send me a new SIM and I should replace it with the one I am using. The problem is that this email was sent to an old email address that I don't check often and may not use in the future.

I went through account settings and on my profile it lists my new email address as the contact address. I don't know why the email I received went to an old address.

it may still exist on your Mobile account on ourside as a mathod of contact, have you now recived your new sim card? Do you need assistance with the activation? Chris
