Wrong contact email address

I received an email saying Virgin Mobile will send me a new SIM and I should replace it with the one I am using. The problem is that this email was sent to an old email address that I don't check often and may not use in the future.

I went through account settings and on my profile it lists my new email address as the contact address. I don't know why the email I received went to an old address.

Can anyone at Virgin Mobile help with this, please? I've called 789 but there is no option to speak to someone.

We can change the contact email address for you from here 

We just need to pass security first 

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
