Wrong address

Hi,

I've had a text from virgin about sending a new SIM.

I think they are sending the SIM to the wrong address how can I comunicate the new one? I tried to log into the web application but I can't find out my account number. I tried to call but it is really hard to speak with the operators now.

Could you please provide me a way to change/comunicate my details?

We apologise for the problems with speaking to the team at the moment, we are busier than usual with the current circumstances. 

 

With the Sim, is this in relation to an upgrade or a sim swap please?
