Worst customer service

Ordered a new mobile 19th April, received 20th April, phoned on 21st April to cancel and return in my 14 day cooling off period, 13 days later, and 13, 40 minute phone calls later and still no return label, staff are rude, and not interested, every day they say they have emailed return label or posted return label, still not received, no manager to speak to and no return call from one.  Today they have taken payment for said mobile which I was told from day one no payment would be taken.
