Will I lose service if I dont use a new Virgin sim card I was sent last week
Will I lose service after 30days if I do not install new sim card sent to me last week. I ordered when prompted to do on my account. I tried to cancel but it came. I am elderly and not tech savvy. No shop open to help. I am in a locked down vulnerable household. The one response I had from community said I was in Catch 22, could lose service if I do or if I don't. I need my phone to work. I am very anxious. I prefer to leave it as it is.
