I'm trying to use my sim in a 3 WiFi mobile dongle. I have done factory reset. But sim not connecting to Internet. What am I doing wrong

Could it be that the mobile dongle is locked to the 3 network as suggested by @ashpole?

And if it isn't locked there is a good chance you will have to go into the configuration menu and update the APN settings
