Wifi calling

Hi just moved my old Lebara number to virgin today seen that wifi calling was not on so rang up virgin to activate it they said it was now turned on but still no option for wifi calling

Do you have WiFi calling activated on the handset itself? Also, can you please confirm the make and model of your device so we can help?

• Wifi and 4g calling was active with my last provider lebara but the option to enable wifi calling since switching to virgin has disappeared my device is a REDMI NOTE 10 PRO
