Hi I joined virgin mobile this week and my number etc has switched across, iMessage is working fine however, my house has patchy mobile signal.
I normally use wifi-calling (I am aware of how to turn it on in settings) but it doesn't seem to be enabled for me. I read the guides and it just says its automatic, well its not for me.
I am on carrier setting version 41.2 and have tried restarting phone and toggling wifi calling a few times.

Thanks, I am on an iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 13.5.
It was working fine with my previous operator on the same phone.
Just in case others have this issue. I ended up using the "text" service on 07533 016 422 who fixed my issue by resetting profile.
So if you find yourself in the above situation this may help
