I have 2 numbers which have ported to virgin mobile,
ever sine my number has ported , neither number can call eachother with wifi calling enabled, we have to turn it off,
i have already reached out to virgin media support about this and they said there was nothing they could do about this and that i would have to turn wifi off every time i made a call to that specific number,
Okay can you go into the settings for me and then go to the phone option whilst in settings. At the top of that page it should say your number. Does this match your ported in number or the one on the SIM?
