Wifi calling and 4g calling not working

Hi

Both Wifi calling and 4g calling were working fine on my old device but unfortunately its now broken. I have been given my wifes old Pixel 4 xl but the options to turn on either service are missing with the Virgin sim. If i put my wifes o2 sim into the pixel then both options are there but gone with the Virgin sim. Any ideas ?

What happens if you put the Vigin SIM in your wife's phone?

It works in my wifes phone as it did in my old phone

Sounds like the Pixel 4 may not be compatible with Virgin

Unfortunately their list of compatable devices has not been updated in 9 months but it is not listed.

Thanks for that. I guess once the O2 move happens then it should work.

I know for certain the Pixel 4 works on O2
