Wifi Calling not working

Hi. Some time ago Wifi Calling stopped working on my iPhone 11, and also on my wife's iPhone (different model). Wifi is working from phone; Wifi Calling is switched on; have reset Network Settings;  have powered phone down; have toggled Airplane mode. The impact of this is that we cannot make/receive calls or send/receive texts from our home as Virgin mobile coverage has deteriorated to zero. I can call using WhatsApp but not using Virgin. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your's and your wife's mobile at this time. 

How long ago did WiFi calling stop on both phone? 

Does this affect the phones when your on a different WiFi connection? ie - Home network or mobile network. 

You mention you cannot make/receive calls or send/receive texts from your home, is this via WiFi or mobile network. Please double check the O2 coverage page for any issues in your area here. Also ensure that both phones operating systems are fully up-to-date with their latest software.
