I've had an Oppo find X2 Pro running the latest version of android. Until recently wifi calling was working fine. Over the last couple of weeks, I keep losing my wifi calling, even though I have a perfectly good wifi signal. 

When I go into the Virgin sim settings, I have the wifi calling and VoLTE option enabled, but these options disappear from the menu when my wifi calling disconnects. It is almost as if the sim options appear and disappear. 

It is not a problem with wifi connection on the phone as this continues to work and is stable on every network, but the issue with the wifi calling turning off and the options disappearing happens on every network I connect to.

I can no longer appear to contact virgin for support, and I've tried the obvious like network reset. Is this a SIM issue, and how do I get a new one to try? Anything else I should try?

Sorry to hear that your WiFi calling is not working as it should. 

Have you had your Oppo Find X2 Pro long and WiFi calling was working fine until recently or is the handset new? 

Did you purchase your handset from us?

Hi, yes I've had the handset for just over 2 years and until ~3 weeks ago everything worked perfectly. The handset was was originally purchased from you and is otherwise working perfectly.
