Hi,
I live in an area where I can only use WiFi calling, I just bought a phone from a woman who was using this phone with her Vodaphone sim for 5 years and I put my card in, set it all up and it's not working. I had the same issue with my older iPhone and then I just assumed it doesn't work because my phone is old and glitchy but it's obviously not the case. I just found out that another neighbour in this area has the same problem with Virgin. Please let me know of this is something that can be sorted on your (Virgin media) end or not.

First. You need to make sure that WiFi Calling is turned on by Virgin in your account.
Second, you need a phone that is compatible with Virgin's system.
What phone do you now have?

Hi @NomadicAG,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm really sorry to hear that you're having some issues with Wi-Fi Calling at the moment. As @enlli has advised, we'd need to ensure that the Wi-Fi Calling service is active on your account. Can you also confirm the make and model of handset that you're using, please?
Thanks,

Hi, thanks for the reply. I called 789 number earlier today and they activated it for me, it's working. So I guess that's the best suggestion for anyone who has the same problem, it does not seem to just work automatically.
