WiFi calling iPhone se2020

  • I bought the new iPhone se2020 in April and I still cannot get Virgin WiFi calling on this phone. I have been told a number of times by virgin media that they have not enabled it yet on this new model, but they are not able to tell me when they will do. However I am also being told by them that it is already enabled. But it still doesn’t work on my phone, despite my following all the instructions to turn it on. Has anyone actually got WiFi calling working on the se2020? If not, does anyone know when it will actually be enabled?

Thank you for your reply, that is what I thought, but Virgin’s text help service kept telling me yesterday that it was already enabled .... Thanks for letting me know
