I still can’t call my wife on or off Wi-Fi Calling. Joined VM on 26 January and two numbers ported from Three. I’m getting help from @Martin_N but so far we’ve tried everything we can think of to fix it, it’s now with another team and hoping to hear good news soon.
Many thanks for the response. We are both using Samsung S20FE and are on separate accounts for info. I tuned off VoLTE, also I think dial assist, and tried manually entering the number with no change in the behaviour. My number was ported from 3 but I have been with Virgin for a while. My wife however just moved over to Virgin, which is when the issue started happening. Her phone can call mine on WiFi though so doesn't look like an issue on her side and the issue didn't occur before she ported over from 3.
