WiFi Calling is a Disaster as is Virgin Customer Service (or total lack of)

Wifi Calling is becoming a total disaster. Originally it worked great, but then problems developed with texting.  Texts took increasing long, like 10 to 24 hours, to get delivered, if at all.  Now the WiFi Calling function is failing and calls dropping off within minutes.    I have tried Virgin Community and while one person pointed me to a link I had already tried, and tried again, it was no good. I responded but not response.  Tried the Virgin Mobile website and given texts don't work that was a useless exercise. Tried calling 789 but they again offered to send a useless text I cannot get and then I get cutoff. Is there not a single person who works at Virgin Mobile?  How can one get help?  Is anyone listening. Help
