Hello, my Galaxy S10 has two SIM, it shows WiFi calling option on Non-Virgin SIM but i don't see it on Virgin's. (My Virgin SIM was upgraded to the new earlier.) I am abroad and my call to 789 do not work. My rate per minute is 2,6Gbp from here((
Is it possible to activate WiFi calling feature without calling support?

WiFi calling wouldn't work abroad as of yet...
We cannot use this feature to reduce roaming costs.

Thank you for updating the thread dmitry0.
We are sorry this feature is not available at this time.
Where are you travelling to please? Have you taken a look at our Roaming Hub?
Thanks,

Yes, I've studied Roaming HUB. I am in Russia, the charges here are high. Both outgoing and incoming calls are charged. Virigin does not provide any services to reduce roaming costs (SIP, call forwarding to the virtual numbers...). It's a long lasting story, I keep hoping for the best.

Thank you for your reply dmitryt0.
I am sorry we do not offer an alternative for roaming.
We would suggest, when WIFi is available, using messenger services/social media for contact.
Thanks,
