Despite having the above enabled I still can't see the options on the phone. Is my handset not compatible?

Is WiFi Calling turned on in your account?

I've seen problems with some Moto Phones which seem to require Moto supplying special firmware for different networks. Don't know if this is still the case.

Yes, I've called and had it activated. Seems totally random as to whether it'll work on this model phone or not

Does it say it is activated or not?

Have you tried rebooting the phone once its turned on?

Have you tried these steps;

1. From a Home screen, tap. Phone. (lower-left). If unavailable, swipe up from a Home screen to access all apps, then tap. ...
2. Tap the. Menu icon. (upper-right).
3. Navigate: Settings. > Calls. ...
4. Tap the. Wi-Fi Calling switch (upper-right) to turn on. or off . If prompted, review the info then tap. Thanks

As well as the Dialer some Androids also have a setting in the Configuration menu

Easily missed.
