WiFI calling wont work

Just switched to virgin and i cant get wifi calling to work. Tried restting network setting, removing the sim and cleaning, turning the phone off and on, turning wifi calling on and off. Nothing seems to help.

On new accounts it needs turning on from Virgin's end before it can be controlled from the phone.

Sorry you are having a niggle with WIFI Calling. 

Thanks for letting us know about this.

@enlli is absolutely correct, it does need to be turned on this end 

So I can look into this for you. 
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
