Hi, my WiFi Calling (VOWiFI) is working at home and most public networks but not on all WiFi connections and not on the work WiFi, can anyone please advise if there is a way around this please as it would be extremely handy at work due to the lack of phone signal. I've tried using a VPN but with no luck. Thanks

Hey m33ksy, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome welcome to the community I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with WIFI calling.
The good news this sounds like it could be VPN issue or your work WIFI not allowing this sort of thing.
If there was an issue with WIFI calling it wouldn't work full stop.
I would make sure the phone is fully updated to the latest software and if you can try to restart the router at work it may need it after an update. Thanks

Hi Matt,
thanks for your response. I have ensured my phone is fully updated and have also tried initially without my VPN turned on as well as with it on but neither work.
I don't have access to the work router and no means of restarting it.
I was wondering if there is any way that I can confirm if my work WiFi is blocking certain ports or if there is any work round if so.
Thanks

Thank you for reaching back out.
Yeah this also could be a factor sometimes work WIFI do not let unknown devices such as phones use WIFI calling as they could see it as a security risk.
It does point down to this if it working everywhere else to be honest. Thanks

That's something you'd have to ask the admin of your work's WiFi router, although a good test would be whether other mobile phone users have any problems using WiFi-calling.
I suspect the ports used by each of the 4 main operators will be the same.
