I have 2 Virgin mobile pay monthly SIM only cards. Wi-fi calling works on one but not the other number. I have changed the SIMs between my iPhone handsets to test it and it is definitely a SIM problem not the phone as the working one is ok on both phones.

I called 789 yesterday to ask them to turn on wi-fi calling on the SIM which doesn't have it and he said yes it's been done now. But it still isn't working, can anybody help please?
