Since switching to Virgin mobile a few weeks ago I no longer get Wi Fi calling. The option is turned on in phone settings.

What phone do you have, and is it fully updated?

I would also try turning it on / off and then turning the phone back on. Thanks

New Virgin Mobile plans need WiFi Calling switched on at Virgin Mobile's end too.

My device is Samsung Note 20 , fully updated. Also tried turning on and off.
